Pack it! 運営者（以下「運営者」）は、iOSゲーム「Pack it!」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり説明します。
本アプリにはアカウント登録はありません。ゲーム記録と設定は端末に保存されます。広告の配信・計測にはGoogle AdMob、購入の確認・復元と広告収益の計測にはRevenueCatを利用します。
1. 取り扱う情報と利用目的
端末に保存する情報
自己ベスト（以前のバージョンで記録したものを含む）、効果音・音楽の設定、操作ガイドの表示済み状態、広告頻度を調整するためのプレイ終了回数・最後に広告を表示した時刻とそのときのプレイ回数を端末に保存します。これらはゲームの動作と設定の維持に使います。運営者は、自己ベストや袋への配置内容を独自のサーバーに送信していません。OSのバックアップ設定により、端末内のデータがバックアップに含まれる場合があります。
広告に関する情報
Google AdMobと広告配信に関わる事業者は、IPアドレス、IPから推定されるおおよその地域、端末・アプリの識別子、広告の閲覧や操作、動作・診断情報を処理する場合があります。広告の配信、パーソナライズが許可された場合の広告の最適化、効果測定、不正防止、サービスの安定化に使用されます。IDFAへのアクセスは、iOSで許可された場合に限ります。
本アプリの広告は全画面広告のみです。一定回数のプレイを終えた後、結果画面を閉じる際に自動で表示される場合がある広告と、時間切れ後に利用者が自ら選択すると15秒追加してゲームを続けられるリワード広告があります。プレイ中に広告が自動で表示されることはありません。
アプリの動作に関する技術情報
本アプリはゲームエンジンにUnityを使用しています。Unity Technologiesは、エンジンの品質改善のため、端末の機種・OS・ハードウェア構成や、エンジンのクラッシュ・動作に関する診断情報を受け取る場合があります。運営者はUnityのアナリティクス、クラウド診断、クラッシュレポートの各サービスを本アプリで有効にしていません。
購入・復元と収益計測に関する情報
Appleがアプリ内購入の決済を処理します。RevenueCatは、購入確認・復元・広告削除の権限管理のため、ランダムに生成したアプリユーザーID、商品・取引・購入状態、購入金額・通貨、端末・アプリに関する技術情報を処理します。運営者とRevenueCatがカード番号などの決済情報を本アプリから受け取ることはありません。運営者は、RevenueCatによる端末識別子（広告IDなど）の自動収集を無効にしています。
本アプリは、広告の読み込み成功・失敗、表示、クリック、収益額・通貨・収益の精度、広告の識別子・配信元・表示場所をRevenueCatへ送ります。購入画面の表示も記録します。広告情報と購入情報は同じアプリユーザーIDに関連付け、広告・課金の収益や購入導線を分析するために使います。このIDは氏名ではありませんが、継続して利用状況を関連付けられる識別子です。
お問い合わせ
お問い合わせいただいた場合は、メールアドレス、本文、任意で提供された添付資料などを、回答、不具合対応、権利に関する請求への対応に利用します。本アプリは連絡先、写真、マイク、正確な位置情報へのアクセスを求めません。
2. 外部サービスへの提供
上記の目的で、Google、RevenueCat、Appleなどのサービスを利用します。広告内で開くページ等では、第三者がCookie、ローカルストレージ、ウェブビーコン、IPアドレス、端末識別子等を使って情報を取得する場合があります。通信先のサービスは、その提供に必要なネットワーク情報も受け取ります。各社の取り扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。
広告パートナーの情報は、対応する同意メッセージの詳細でも確認できます。運営者は、法令への対応、権利の保護、不正の防止のために必要な場合、適法な範囲で情報を提供することがあります。
3. 同意とプライバシーの選択
地域や利用状況に応じて、Googleの同意メッセージを表示します。広告は、同意管理システムが広告リクエストを許可した状態で要求します。同意が必要な処理は、該当する同意に基づいて行います。広告への同意と、Appleの購入に必要な処理は別です。
iOSのトラッキング許可は、同意管理システムが広告リクエストを許可した後、まだ選択されていない場合に確認します。広告削除を購入済みの場合、自動表示広告のための同意メッセージとトラッキング許可の確認は表示しません。購入済みでも、既存の同意状態で広告リクエストが許可され、利用者がリワード広告を選択した場合は、その広告の配信・計測に必要な処理を行います。
- 同意設定の変更が提供される場合、本アプリの「SETTINGS → PRIVACY → AD PRIVACY OPTIONS」から変更できます。
- iOSの「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」から、本アプリのトラッキング許可を変更できます。許可しなくてもゲームを利用できます。
- 広告のパーソナライズを拒否しても、許可される範囲の広告が表示される場合があります。
同意の撤回は、撤回前の適法な処理には影響しません。
4. 広告削除の購入
広告削除の購入権限を確認した場合、結果画面を閉じる際に自動で表示される全画面広告を停止し、読み込み済みの自動表示広告を破棄します。時間切れ後に利用者が自ら選択する、15秒追加のリワード広告は広告削除の対象外で、購入後も任意で利用できます。リワード広告を利用した場合、広告の配信・計測に関する前記の情報が処理されます。購入後も、購入の確認・復元、不正防止に必要な通信は行います。購入によって、それ以前に収集された情報が自動的に削除されるわけではありません。
5. 情報の保持・削除と安全管理
端末内のゲーム記録や設定は、本アプリとそのデータを削除することで通常は消去できます。バックアップ、Appleの購入記録、外部サービスに保存された情報までは削除されません。
情報は、サービスの提供、購入権限の維持、問い合わせ対応、会計・法令対応、不正防止に必要な期間保持します。保持期間は、情報の種類、利用目的、法令上の義務、紛争への対応の必要性により決まります。不要となった情報は、適用される要件に従って削除または個人に関連付かない状態にします。運営者はアクセスの制限など合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
6. 国外での処理
利用するサービスのサーバー所在地等により、情報が米国その他の居住国外で処理される場合があります。国外移転には、適用される法令に従い、必要に応じて契約上の保護措置等を用います。各事業者の移転・保護措置については、上記リンクをご確認ください。
7. お住まいの地域に応じた権利
適用される法令に応じて、情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、利用の制限、データの受け取り・移転、処理への異議、同意の撤回を求められます。EEA・英国等では、購入機能の提供に必要な処理は契約の履行、任意の広告パーソナライズ等は必要な同意、安全確保や問い合わせ対応等は適用可能な正当な利益、法令上の保存は法的義務を根拠とします。
広告目的のデータ共有は、米国の一部の州法上「販売」または「共有」と扱われる場合があります。対象となる権利の行使やオプトアウトについては、アプリ内で利用可能な広告プライバシー設定、または下記窓口をご利用ください。権利を行使したことを理由に不当な差別をしません。必要に応じて、お住まいの地域の監督機関へ申し立てることもできます。
請求への対応には、必要最小限の本人確認や対象データの特定をお願いする場合があります。氏名と結び付いたアプリアカウントがないため、メールアドレスだけでは取引等を特定できない場合があります。決済カード情報やパスワードは送らないでください。法令上保持が必要な情報など、削除等に応じられない範囲がある場合は説明します。
8. 未成年の利用
本アプリは一般向けのゲームであり、特に児童を対象として設計していません。未成年の方は必要に応じて保護者と相談して利用してください。適用される年齢要件に反して児童の個人情報が収集されたと考えられる場合は、下記までご連絡ください。確認のうえ、必要な対応を行います。
9. このページとポリシーの変更
このポリシーページ自体には広告、アクセス解析スクリプト、トラッキングCookieを設置していません。ページの公開先は配信や安全確保のために、IPアドレスやアクセス日時等の通常のアクセスログを処理する場合があります。
機能や法令等の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新し、このページに最新版と更新日を掲載します。重要な変更では、必要に応じて追加のお知らせや同意の取得を行います。本アプリの利用条件は利用規約をご確認ください。

The operator of Pack it! (“we”) explains below how information is handled in the Pack it! iOS game (“the app”).
No account registration is required. Game records and preferences are stored on your device. We use Google AdMob for advertising and measurement, and RevenueCat for purchase verification, restoration, and advertising revenue measurement.
1. Information and purposes
Information stored on your device
We store your best score (including scores recorded in earlier versions), sound-effect and music preferences, tutorial completion, and, to control ad frequency, your completed-run count and the time and run count of the last ad shown. These support gameplay and retain your settings. We do not upload your best score or bag placements to our own server. Device backups may include local app data, depending on your OS settings.
Advertising information
Google AdMob and advertising participants may process IP addresses, approximate region inferred from IP, device/app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and performance/diagnostic data. Purposes include ad delivery, permitted personalization, measurement, fraud prevention, and reliability. Access to IDFA requires your iOS permission.
The app uses full-screen ads only. After a number of completed runs, an ad may appear automatically when you leave the results screen. After time runs out, you can also choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive 15 additional seconds and continue the same run. Ads never appear automatically during active play.
Technical information about app operation
The app is built with the Unity game engine. Unity Technologies may receive device model, OS, hardware configuration, and engine crash and performance diagnostics to improve its engine. We have not enabled Unity Analytics, Cloud Diagnostics, or Crash Reporting in the app.
Purchases and revenue measurement
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app user ID, product and transaction details, purchase status, amounts/currency, and device/app technical information to verify and restore purchases and manage ad removal. Neither we nor RevenueCat receive payment card details from the app. We have disabled RevenueCat’s automatic collection of device identifiers, such as the advertising ID.
We send RevenueCat ad load successes/failures, impressions, clicks, revenue amounts/currency/precision, and ad identifiers, sources, and placements. We also record purchase-screen views. Ad and purchase information is associated with the same app user ID to analyze advertising and purchase revenue and purchase journeys. This ID is not your name, but can link activity over time.
Support
If you contact us, we use your email address, message, and any voluntarily supplied attachments to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, your microphone, or precise location.
2. Service providers and disclosures
We use Google, RevenueCat, and Apple for the purposes above. Third parties may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, and device identifiers, including on pages opened within ads. Services also receive network information necessary to communicate with your device. Further information is available here:
Relevant consent messages also provide advertising-partner details. We may disclose information where lawful and necessary to meet legal requirements, protect rights, or prevent fraud.
3. Consent and your choices
Google consent messages are presented according to your region and circumstances. Ads are requested only when the consent-management system permits requests. Processing that requires consent is based on the relevant consent. Ad consent is separate from processing needed for Apple purchases.
iOS tracking permission is requested only after the consent-management system permits ad requests, and only if you have not already chosen. If you have purchased ad removal, neither the consent message nor the tracking request is shown for automatic ads. If your existing consent state permits ad requests and you choose an optional rewarded ad, we process the information needed to deliver and measure that ad.
- Where available, change ad choices in “SETTINGS → PRIVACY → AD PRIVACY OPTIONS” in the app.
- Change tracking permission in iOS “Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.” You can play without granting tracking permission.
- Declining ad personalization may still allow other permitted ads to appear.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
4. Removing ads
Once your ad-removal entitlement is verified, we stop the full-screen ads that may appear automatically when you leave the results screen and discard any cached automatic ad. The optional rewarded ad that grants 15 additional seconds after time runs out is not included in ad removal and remains available after purchase. If you choose to watch it, the advertising information described above is processed to deliver and measure the ad. Communications needed for purchase verification, restoration, and fraud prevention continue. Purchasing ad removal does not automatically erase information already collected.
5. Retention, deletion, and security
Deleting the app and its data normally removes local game records and settings. It does not delete backups, Apple transaction records, or information held by service providers.
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain purchase entitlements, handle support, meet accounting/legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Retention depends on the information, purpose, legal obligations, and possible disputes. When no longer needed, information is deleted or made non-identifiable in accordance with applicable requirements. We apply reasonable security measures, including limiting access.
6. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries outside your residence. Transfers are handled under applicable law, using contractual protections or other safeguards where required. See the provider links above for their transfer practices.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. In the EEA/UK and where applicable, our bases are contract performance for necessary purchase functionality, consent for optional ad personalization where required, applicable legitimate interests for security/support, and legal obligations for required retention.
Advertising disclosures may constitute “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws. Use available in-app ad privacy choices or contact us to exercise applicable rights or opt out. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
We may request only the information necessary to verify and locate your records. Because there is no named app account, your email alone may not identify a transaction. Do not send payment card details or passwords. We will explain applicable exceptions, such as legally required retention.
8. Children
The app is a general-audience game and is not designed specifically for children. Minors should involve a parent or guardian where appropriate. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been collected contrary to applicable age requirements; we will investigate and take necessary action.
9. This page and policy changes
This policy page includes no ads, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Its hosting provider may process standard access logs, such as IP addresses and access times, for delivery and security.
We may update this policy as features or requirements change. The latest version and update date will appear here. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required. For the conditions of using the app, see the Terms of Use.
