この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Pack it! 運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供するiOSゲーム「Pack it!」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは無料で遊べるゲームです。広告が表示され、アプリ内購入「広告削除」で自動表示広告を非表示にできます。任意のリワード広告は対象外です。情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
1. Appleの規約との関係
本アプリの使用許諾には、Appleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。本規約はこれを補足するものです。本アプリの入手・購入には、Appleのメディアサービス利用規約も適用されます。
本規約は利用者と運営者との間の取り決めであり、Appleとの間のものではありません。本アプリとその内容について責任を負うのは、Appleではなく運営者です。Appleは本アプリの保守・サポートを行う義務を負いません。Appleおよびその子会社は本規約の第三者受益者であり、本規約を利用者に対して執行することができます。
2. 利用の許諾
運営者は、利用者が所有または管理するApple製端末で、本規約とAppleの規約に従い、個人的かつ非営利の目的で本アプリを利用することを許諾します。この許諾は譲渡できず、独占的なものではありません。
本アプリのプログラム、画像、音声、文章その他の内容に関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約で明示したもの以外の権利は許諾しません。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 本アプリの複製、改変、翻訳、再配布、貸与、販売、または本アプリを利用した営利目的のサービス提供（法令で認められる範囲を除く）
- リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル（法令で認められる範囲を除く）
- スコアや購入状態の改ざん、不正なプログラムの使用など、本アプリの正常な動作を妨げる行為
- 広告を自ら繰り返し表示・クリックする行為、自動化ツールによる操作など、広告配信や計測を不正に操作する行為
- 運営者、他の利用者、Apple、広告主その他の第三者の権利を侵害する行為
4. 広告
本アプリには、Google AdMobによる全画面広告が表示されます。一定回数のプレイ後、結果画面を閉じる際に自動で表示される場合がある広告と、時間切れ後に利用者が自ら選択すると15秒追加してゲームを続けられるリワード広告があります。プレイ中に広告が自動で表示されることはありません。広告の内容や、広告から移動した先の商品・サービス・ウェブサイトは広告主等の第三者が提供するものであり、運営者はその内容や取引について責任を負いません。広告から移動した先では、その提供者の規約等が適用されます。
5. アプリ内購入「広告削除」
- 「広告削除」は、一度の購入で利用できる買い切り型の商品です。定期購読（サブスクリプション）ではなく、自動で更新・再請求されることはありません。
- 価格は購入画面に表示されるApp Storeの価格です。決済はAppleが行い、運営者はカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。
- 購入すると、結果画面を閉じる際に自動で表示される全画面広告が表示されなくなります。時間切れ後に利用者が自ら選択する15秒追加のリワード広告は対象外で、購入後も任意で利用できます。
- 購入の確認と復元にはインターネット接続が必要です。本アプリの削除や端末の変更後は、同じApple Accountで「RESTORE PURCHASES」から復元できます。
- 返金は、Appleの定める手続きと基準によります。運営者は返金を直接行うことができません。Appleが返金または購入を取り消した場合、広告削除の効果は失われます。
- 購入の権利は、購入に使ったApple Accountに帰属し、他の方へ譲渡できません。
6. ゲームデータ
自己ベストや設定は端末内にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーには保存しません。本アプリの削除、端末の初期化・故障、OSの設定などにより消える場合があり、運営者は復元できません。バックアップはOSの機能によります。
7. 本アプリの変更・停止
運営者は、ゲーム内容、ルール、広告の表示頻度、アプリ内購入の内容その他の本アプリの内容を変更し、または本アプリの提供を中止することがあります。重要な変更は、可能な範囲で本アプリ、App Storeまたはこのページでお知らせします。購入済みの「広告削除」を無効にする変更は、法令に従い、利用者の不利益に配慮して行います。
本アプリの動作には、App Store、端末、OS、通信環境、Google、RevenueCat、Appleなどの外部サービスが関わります。これらの事情により、本アプリの全部または一部が利用できない場合があります。
8. 保証の否認
運営者は、本アプリを適切に提供するよう努めますが、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、不具合や中断がないこと、すべての端末で動作することを保証しません。ただし、法令上排除できない保証はこの限りではありません。本アプリが適用される保証に適合しない場合、利用者はAppleに通知でき、Appleは該当する購入代金を返金することがあります。その他の保証に関する責任は、法令で認められる範囲で運営者が負います。
9. 責任の制限
運営者は、本アプリの利用または利用できないことにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。運営者が責任を負う場合でも、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、通常生じる直接の損害に限り、その額は利用者が本アプリについて運営者に支払った金額（Appleの手数料を含む購入代金）を上限とします。
本規約のいずれかの定めが消費者契約法その他の法令により無効とされる場合、その定めはその限度でのみ効力を失い、その他の定めは引き続き有効です。
10. 権利に関する請求・製品に関する請求
本アプリまたはその利用が第三者の知的財産権を侵害するとの請求、および本アプリの動作や法令への適合性に関する請求への対応は、Appleではなく運営者が、本規約と法令に従って行います。
11. 輸出等の法令
利用者は、米国その他の国が禁輸の対象とする国・地域に所在しておらず、米国政府の制裁対象者一覧に掲載されていないことを表明します。
12. 年齢
本アプリは一般向けのゲームです。未成年の方がアプリ内購入をする場合は、保護者の同意を得てください。
13. 規約の変更
運営者は、法令の変更、本アプリの内容の変更その他の必要に応じて、民法の定める定型約款の変更の手続きに従い本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、効力発生日と併せてこのページに掲載します。効力発生日以降に本アプリを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
14. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the Pack it! iOS game (“the app”) provided by the operator of Pack it! (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
The app is free to play. It shows ads, and the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase turns off ads that appear automatically; optional rewarded ads are not included. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
1. Relationship to Apple’s terms
Your license to the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement it. Apple’s Media Services Terms also apply to obtaining and purchasing the app.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s terms.
All rights in the app’s software, images, audio, text, and other content belong to us or their rightful owners. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- break the law or act against public order and morals;
- copy, modify, translate, redistribute, rent, or sell the app, or use it to provide a commercial service, except as permitted by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except as permitted by law;
- tamper with scores or purchase status, use unauthorized programs, or otherwise interfere with the app’s normal operation;
- manipulate ad delivery or measurement, including repeatedly viewing or clicking ads yourself or using automated tools;
- infringe the rights of us, other players, Apple, advertisers, or any other third party.
4. Advertising
The app shows full-screen ads served by Google AdMob. After a number of completed runs, an ad may appear automatically when you leave the results screen. After time runs out, you can also choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive 15 additional seconds and continue. Ads are never shown automatically during active play. Ad content, and any products, services, or websites reached through ads, are provided by advertisers or other third parties. We are not responsible for them or for any dealings you have with them, and their own terms apply.
5. “Remove Ads” in-app purchase
- “Remove Ads” is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews or charges you again.
- The price is the App Store price shown on the purchase screen. Apple processes payment; we do not receive payment card details.
- After purchase, the app no longer shows full-screen ads automatically when you leave the results screen. The optional rewarded ad that grants 15 additional seconds after time runs out is not included and remains available after purchase.
- Verifying and restoring purchases requires an internet connection. After reinstalling or changing devices, restore it with the same Apple Account using “RESTORE PURCHASES”.
- Refunds are handled under Apple’s procedures and criteria; we cannot issue refunds directly. If Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, ad removal ends.
- The purchase belongs to the Apple Account used to buy it and cannot be transferred.
6. Game data
Your best score and settings are stored only on your device, not on our servers. They may be lost if you delete the app, reset or lose your device, or change OS settings, and we cannot restore them. Backups depend on your OS.
7. Changes to and discontinuation of the app
We may change the app’s content, rules, ad frequency, in-app purchase, or other features, or discontinue the app. Where reasonably possible, we will announce material changes in the app, on the App Store, or on this page. Any change that disables a purchased “Remove Ads” will be made in accordance with applicable law and with due regard for your interests.
The app relies on the App Store, your device, OS, network, and external services such as Google, RevenueCat, and Apple. The app may be wholly or partly unavailable because of them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
We work to provide the app properly, but, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will suit your particular purpose, be free of errors or interruptions, or work on every device. This does not exclude warranties that cannot be excluded by law. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, any other warranty responsibility is ours.
9. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where we are liable, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to ordinary direct damages and capped at the amount you paid for the app (the purchase price, including Apple’s commission).
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or any other law, it is invalid only to that extent, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
10. Intellectual property and product claims
We, not Apple, are responsible under these Terms and applicable law for handling any claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, and any claim relating to the app’s performance or legal compliance.
11. Export and sanctions
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Age
The app is a general-audience game. Minors should obtain a parent’s or guardian’s consent before making an in-app purchase.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms when required by changes in law, changes to the app, or other needs, following the procedure for amending standard terms under the Civil Code of Japan. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with their effective date. Using the app on or after that date means you accept the amended Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the app.
